Dark Horse Comics has announced they'll be releasing a third series in their popular Predator: Hunters comic series! This third series will include 4 new issues, all written by Chris Warner, who penned the last 2 installments. While speaking to SyFy, Chris revealed the following:
Bringing together characters (or their descendants) from Dark Horse’s many standalone Predator series is something I’d been wanting to do for a long time, and I think Chris Warner’s handling of the union has been great,” adds series editor Randy Stradley. “However, with Predator Hunters III, Chris went back to the beginnings of our Predator cycle and brought in a couple characters who haven’t been seen in thirty years or more. Longtime readers will be pleased, but even new readers will appreciate how these returning characters expand the Predator universe.

Alien vs. Predator 3 – What We Know So Far
Officially, Alien vs. Predator 3 remains in concept phase for the time being. A reboot of the iconic crossover has been discussed on numerous occasions, with chatter picking up heavily from 20th Century Studios back in the Fall of 2024 after the successful release of Fede Alvarez's Alien: Romulus. The blending of Alien and Predator cinematic universes was further solidified in 2025 with Dan Trachtenberg's Predator: Badlands. The two movie monsters continue to coexist in the same timeline, but their conflict has not yet been realized since 2007. A reboot of Alien vs. Predator would likely ret-con the existing 2 entries and establish a completely new AvP timeline.
